ACTS-Pro:
The typical process used when administering a treatment is to first interview the client to gather relevant holistic information. This information is generally related to the clients life style, habits, hobbies, work practices etc. ACTS-Pro used a data sheet style to collect this information. After the interview some practitioners prefer to leave the room and formulate a recipe for therapeutic massage. This recipe can be obtained from associates, school notes of created manually. ACTS-Pr has a built in conditions to recipe cross reference that will generate lists of essential oils based on the three basic groups  Top, Mid and  Bottom Notes.  Given that you have a good understanding of essential oils you can now move to the Combinations Manager to select the oils you wish to use. If you have Home Remedies you can select a recipe directly from its list into ACTS-Pro, this save time and effort since these recipes can be purchased directly from us. After deciding on the recipe you can now use the Blending Manager to set the amounts of each essential oil you are going to apply. Once you have finished, any inventory having sufficient quantities will be updated to reflect what was used. The last step is billing; here you can select fixed or hourly calculation. If you select hourly and your oils are entered into inventory with amounts and costs then the client recipe will contain the cost of oils as well as the hourly-billing rate. If you select Fixed billing then the cost of oils and hourly calculation will not be shown.

Home Remedies:
Home Remedies was designed for the professional aromatherapist to allow the client access to their custom recipes. The Aromatherapist can now send their clients home with a tool that allows them to select a recipe and then follow the instructions to administer the treatment. This of course can only be provided if the client has already had a full Aromatherapy session and is computer friendly. ACTS-Pro has the ability to import (get) a recipe from Home Remedies, so if the Aromatherapist has a special set of recipes then can quickly select it when formulating a treatment.
Home Remedies is also available to the general public with over 90 built in recipes.

Recipe Analyst:
Recipes vary from therapist to therapist so consistency is rare. Recipe Analyst will allow the Aromatherapist to view how up to five essential oils affect the body, there are
eight body areas listed with the relative percentage effect on each. Now you can analyze and view the probable effects.
